  Last year we purchased an apartment in the center of Lagos through mediation of Marcela Propriedades. What at first sight seemed to be an ordinary acquisition, turned later on out to a succession of administrative problems caused by the negligence of the seller. In these difficult circumstances we received an ongoing professional and always  friendly support from Marcela Propriedades.   I wanted to sell my penthouse apartment in Lagos as we were emigrating to the USA but as there are so many realtors on the Algarve I was not certain who would give me the best service and an honest assessment of my property. After speaking to several I chose Alfredo and his colleagues Deanna and Paula at Marcela Propriedades on the Marina at Lagos who sold my property and provided professional advice throughout the process.

  Buying or selling a property in Portugal can be complicated so I found the support and help from Deanna essential and she handled the transaction in a very efficient manner. I was kept informed all the time of prospective purchasers and helped through the legalities when a sale was completed. Nothing was too much trouble in obtaining a sale and she was very much involved all the time until the sale finalized.
